1) What do I need to do to set it up?
Your account is already set up for you and will be quiet until there is a notification in your area for an open shift. When you receive that first welcome email, it will provide a link so you can easily go change your password. Here's a one minute video on changing your password.
2) How do I get notifications?
Your account is set up with default email notifications but the most valuable thing you can do to utilize the platform is to turn on your SMS notifications.This is key to testing the product within our *hospital* network. This will give you the ability to receive real-time notifications when a shift is posted, or you can set your notifications to receive these notifications once a day. Here's a one minute video on how to turn on & off SMS notifications.
3) Do I need to download anything to use it on my phone?
Nope! It is a web application so it can be used on your desktop, tablet or mobile device without any additional downloads. When you are notified of open shifts or important hospital updates via text, it will include a direct link to the platform so that you can view the open shift or bulletin board message and connect with your management team.
4) Can I adjust the settings?
Yes, you can log in and adjust both your search criteria and profile information.
