  • I am a Thrive team member. How am I paid for shifts picked up in Jobs Unleashed?

    • If you are hourly, your hourly rate is your hourly rate no matter which location you pick up shifts at. Overtime and holiday pay are automatically calculated in Workday. Just make sure you change the location when you clock in to match where you are working! Shift differentials do not follow you to other hospitals. These will need to be discussed with the location where you are interested in picking up a shift.

    • Associate doctors and salary team members, please contact your leadership team to discuss adding a shift rate to your employment agreement. Production for associate doctors is calculated for these extra shifts automatically.

  • I am a relief veterinarian and would like to update my relief agreement. Who do I contact?

    • Please email reliefvets@thrivepet.com to request changes to your relief agreement with Thrive Pet Healthcare.

  • Why can't I see (location name) in My Matches?

    • This is due to one of two reasons: either the practice does not have any open shifts for your shift type (doctor, technician, assistant, or non-clinical), or you have filters preventing you from seeing these shifts. Make sure you clear any filters to see the full list of available shifts.

  • I am a cross-trained Thrive Team Member. How can I see different shift types?

    • Your basic profile information has been pulled from Workday. If you would like to add additional roles to what is listed in Workday, please ask your admin team to add that role to your account. They can visit our SharePoint page for more information.

  • I am a Thrive Team Member and do not wish to have an account or do not want to receive any notifications. How do I turn these off?

    • You can contact your admin team to deactivate your account, or you can change the notification settings in your Profile.

  • Will travel expenses (milage, meals, etc) be covered by the hospital?

    • For Thrive team members, please communicate with the hospital to determine if they are willing to cover travel expenses.

    • W2 and 1099 relief veterinarians are reimbursed according to the terms in the relief agreement. If travel expenses are not addressed in the agreement, it is at the hospital’s discretion.

  • I can no longer work a shift I was confirmed for or will be late to a shift. Who do I contact?

    • Please CALL the hospital ASAP and follow up with a message in Jobs Unleashed. Do NOT rely on Jobs Unleashed to notify the hospital. Thrive's Attendance and Punctuality Policy applies to all hourly team members for any shift worked at a Thrive location.
